About the Event
We, as women, gather together in a beautiful, luscious spot in North Goa. Here, we get the opportunity to practice as a group, and immerse ourselves into nature and stillness. The retreat’s intention is to be grounding, earthy, heart-opening, and connecting. This is a women's only retreat, and we especially invite mothers (with or without your children) to join, and recharge your batteries.

Lakshya is a Hatha & Yin yoga teacher based in Goa, and is specialised in prenatal and postpartum yoga. She is also a certified doula, and a mother to a 4 year old daughter. Lakshya organizes retreats in beautiful and unique places around the world, sharing all that she has studied and gained over her 14-year long teaching journey. Her aim is to provide support to women, and bring a sense of community, through which women thrive and re-connect to their core.
