Experience a rejuvenating 4-night, 5-day retreat nestled along the serene shores of South Goa, renowned for its breathtaking beaches. Immerse yourself in our holistic program featuring two daily yoga sessions (hatha and yin yoga), as well as meditation, vedic wisdom, sharing circles, workshops and more. All levels of practitioners are welcome, safe and fun variations will be offered in the asana class. You are invited to slow down or challenge up according to what is needed.

The morning classes will be based on Hatha Yoga. The class will leave you feeling energetic and ready for the day! The evening classes are yin yoga- slow deep stretches, leaving you feeling calm and relaxed.

Other sessions include breathwork, meditation, journaling, sharing circles, chanting, and more!

Our Deluxe room has a super-king size bed and indoor bathroom and shower, as well as an outdoor rainfall shower. It has a balcony seating area, AC, mosquito net over the bed, mineral water dispenser, and wardrobe.

Ideal for sharing basis, can also fit an extra bed if needed.
