Terms, Conditions & Liability Waiver

By registering and paying for this retreat, you explicitly agree to the following policies. Please read them thoroughly before booking.

1. Booking & Cancellation Policy

Non-Refundable Deposit: Your initial deposit is 100% non-refundable
Cancellations Under 3 Months: No refunds will be issued.
Cancellations Over 3 Months : You will be refunded 50% of your payments
Cancellations Over 4 Months: You will be refunded 70% of your payments
Transaction Fees: The participant is responsible for all international bank transfer, currency exchange, or platform transaction fees.

2. Force Majeure & Travel Disruptions

Unforeseen Events: We are not liable for retreat cancellations, changes, or your inability to attend due to circumstances beyond our control ("Force Majeure"). This includes war, civil unrest, airspace/border closures, government lockdowns, pandemics, or natural disasters etc.
Transit Issues: No refunds or credits will be given for missed portions of the retreat due to delayed flights, train cancellations, or visa issues. We are not responsible for independent travel expenses incurred.

3. Personal Responsibility & Liability Release

Health & Risk: Yoga, breathwork, and somatics involve deep physical and emotional engagement. By attending, you confirm you are in suitable health, take full responsibility for your choices, and participate at your own risk.
Liability Waiver: You release Elouise Erlings & Melissa Cunningham, co-facilitators, and the retreat venue from any liability for personal injury, illness, loss, or unforeseen circumstances.
Belongings & Community: You are solely responsible for your personal belongings. You agree to respect the physical venue space, the group, and our guidelines.

4. Media & Right to Cancel

Promotional Media: Photos and videos may be taken during the retreat for marketing purposes.
Our Right to Cancel: If we must cancel due to a personal emergency or insufficient numbers, you will receive a 100% refund of all funds paid directly to us. We are not liable for third-party flight or travel costs.

5. Travel Insurance

To protect your investment, comprehensive travel insurance is recommended. Your policy must cover trip cancellations, emergency medical care, evacuation, luggage loss, and global travel disruptions.
