Join Elouise, an experienced teacher of yoga, Sanskrit, Vedanta, and Vedic chanting, for an immersive 4-week course that will guide you through the sacred knowledge of the Vedas. Whether you're new to the practice or seeking to deepen your understanding, this course provides a comprehensive foundation in Sanskrit, mantras, and spiritual practice.

What You Will Learn:

• Vedic Mantras & Meditations: Learn powerful mantras such as the Shanti Mantras (Saha Navavatu, Purnamadah), Gayatri Mantra, Mahamrityunjaya Mantra, Devi Mantra, and Guru Shloka. Explore their meanings, significance, and how to incorporate them into daily life for spiritual growth.

• Sanskrit: Master the fundamentals of Sanskrit—pronunciation, sounds, and tips to build confidence. Understand the Devanagari script (actual script reading not included) and the transliterations , essential for accurate chanting and deeper practice.

• Meditations & Puja: Put the mantras into use, by learning to set up an altar and do a simple ritual (5-step puja). We will also do joint meditations and some sharing circles around the topics of the mantras, making it an embodied experience.

• In-Person Course: Held at Keyani, this in-person course offers 12 hours of teachings, a course manual, and a certificate of completion. Plus, enjoy 5 weeks of digital support to help you integrate your learning and stay connected.

Elouise has studied Vedic chanting, Vedanta, and Sanskrit under her Guru, Swami Dayananda Saraswati, at a traditional ashram in South India. After living and teaching in India for 12 years, she now brings this profound knowledge to students worldwide, guiding them in their spiritual practice and growth.
