About the Event
A soothing Yin Yoga with Lakshya to end the day with. Yin Yoga promotes flexibility by stretching the connective tissue, using a slow and steady approach. It is one of the best ways to open up the body, while releasing tension and knots. We follow mostly seated and supine asanas, each pose is held for several minutes, as we allow the practioner to slowly go into it, in a meditative way. Yin Yoga is for all practitioners, and especially helpful for those with chronic pains, stress, anxiety, and stiffness.
