A yoga retreat and beach holiday combined together, creating a beautiful space for relaxation, rejuvenation and a chance to unwind with Kerala's gorgeous sunsets. Enjoy two yoga classes a day, meditation, extra talks and workshops, as well as delicious food prepared by the chefs.

The Resort
Krishnatheeram Ayur Holy Beach Resort is set on the coast line of the Arabian Sea at Varkala, Kerala. It is surrounded by coconut palm trees and greenery, and offers stunning views of the sunsets every evening.
They have traditional simple cottages with sea view and herbal garden view, as well as an open-air restaurant overlooking the beach. One can enjoy the pool, the excellent ayurvedic spa treatments, or go for a walk down the cliff to the beach.

6:00 pm to 7:30 pm – Yin Yoga & Meditation
7:30 pm to 8:30 pm – Dinner
