Lakshya teaches yoga classes currently online through zoom. Her classes focus on alignment, breathing, awareness and mindfulness. They are mostly hatha yoga classes, with an occasional yin yoga class.
Her approach is gentle but firm, without being too hectic or acrobatic. She welcomes all levels, and guides students according to their capacity. Besides the physical aspect of yoga, she brings in other aspects to help students stay inspired, positive, aware yet also relaxed.
Classes are on Wednesday & Saturday, 5-6pm IST.
