A yoga retreat and beach holiday combined together, creating a beautiful space for relaxation, rejuvenation and a chance to unwind with Goa's gorgeous sunsets. Enjoy two yoga classes a day, meditation, and delicious organic food prepared by Ashiyana. This retreat will be taught by Lakshya and assisted by Elie, two great friends and yoga-lovers.

The Resort
Ashiyana has been created as a sanctuary, a home away from home. It sits amidst abundant tropical flora and fauna on the beautiful and unspoiled Mandrem Beach in the north of Goa. Ashiyana means 'home' in Hindi, and this Retreat Village has been designed to help you to feel as comfortable, connected and relaxed as possible.
Ashiyana's Spa offers a variety of massage therapies, has Goa’s only “natural swimming pool” (naturally self-cleaning with no chemicals), a hammam (steam room) and five treatment rooms. The gardens around the large pool offer plenty of beautiful spots for meditation and contemplation, with a gazebo and lily pond facing towards a majestic Buddha statue, all set amidst an abundance of plants and coconut palms.

12:00 pm - 1:00 pm – Optional talk / Extra session
Free Time for beach / massage / local sightseeing
5:00 pm - 6:30 pm – Yoga
6:30 pm - 7:00pm - Meditation
7:00 pm to 8:00 pm – Dinner
8:30 pm - Optional activities at resort - Meditation, chanting, etc.

Nearest Airport is Dabolim International Airport (GOI) - 1 ½ hours away by taxi.
